Dr.Ankita Jain is a trained Surgical Oncologist and Robotic Surgeon. She specialises in Gynae cancers and Breast cancers. Expertise includes Breast conservative surgery with reconstructions and minimally invasive surgeries for gynae-onco malignancies .

Areas of Expertise

  1. I have a keen interest in Women’s Oncology i.e., breast and Gyne oncology including peritoneal malignancies
  2. I have performed multiple open, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for Gyne related cancers in the past two years of my experience as a qualified Surgical Oncologist. My experience includes HIPEC (open and closed technique) which has a very vital role in Gyne cancers.
  3. I have performed multiple Breast cancer surgeries including reconstruction with locoregional flaps which reduces my dependency on a reconstructive surgeon.
  4. I have received official training and placed more than 50 Chemoports in patients with various malignancies.
  5. I would like to add the I am one of the few young oncosurgeons to be a certified Robotic surgeon very early in my career and having performed cases independently thereafter.
  6. To summarize, I have attained all the necessary skill set to manage Women related cancers to the best of my ability.
